The Animal Feed Production Company (ÁTEV) was founded by the National Stateaid Agency on 1st of July in 1949 for the collection and disposal of the generated animal wastes in Hungary. The rendering plants of the company have been started to improve since 1950 which is going on at present days as well.
According to the requirements of the Act on Economic Companies no. IV. in 2006 the present name of the company is ATEV Rendering Closed Joint Stock Company (ATEV Zrt).

Operating sites: Solt, Debrecen, Hódmezővásárhely, Szolnok, Bőny, Mátyásdomb, Böhönye, Hernád
