Mixed Meat and Bone Meal (MBM)

It is produced of Category 3 animal by-products according to the 1 method (133 °C, 3 bar, min. 20 min.) as it is given in 1069/2009/EC Regulation of the European Parliament and the Committee. The company produces ruminant and non-ruminant MBM as well.

They do not consist of  SRM. They have high protein content and high biological value, easily digestable. They are perfect for animal feed production. The products have high specific amino-acid content.  Their Ca and P content can perfectly be utilized biologically.

The feed component products are homogenous, fine cracked, fatty to the feel and brownish in colour. 90% of their particle size are less than 2 mm, and 10% are less than 3 mm but more than 2 mm. 

The products are treated by antioxidant (BHT, BHA).

Usage: They can be adjusted in animal feeds according to the different demand of protein content. They can not be used in feeds for animals for human consumption at present.

Guaranteed content values at different protein levels (MSZ 21340:1995):

According to the 1069/2009/EC Regulation the products are:

• negative for Salmonella/25 g product
• negative for Clostridium perfringens/100 g product
• negative for Enterobacteriaceae sp./100 g product

Storage: dry, cool and aerated place

Stripping: 50 kg or 1000 kg batches

Best before: 90 days from production (unopened)

Blood Meal

It is produced of Category 3 animal by-products according to the 6 method as it is given in 1069/2009/EC Regulation of the European Parliament and the Committee.

The feed component product is homogenous, fine cracked and brownish-red  in colour.

Usage: It can be adjusted in animal feeds for different demand of protein content. It cannot be used in feeds for animals for human consumption at present.

Guaranteed content values (MSZ 21340:1995):

• water content: max. 10%
• raw protein: 88+-2%
• raw fat: max. 2%

According to the 1069/2009/EC Regulation the product is free of Salmonella and causative agent bacteria,  E. Coli number is less than 500/g product and mould number is not more than 1000/g product.

Category 3 Animal Fat for feeds

It is produced of Category 3 animal by-products according to the 1 method (133 °C, 3 bar, min. 20 min.) as it is given in 1069/2009/EC Regulation of the European Parliament and the Committee.

Guaranteed content values (MSZ 21340:1995):

• water content: max. 2 %
• fat content min. 97%
• insolubles: max. 1,0%
• acid number: max. 50
• Peroxid number: max. 25
• Antioxidant content: max. 200 mg/kg
• free of dissolvent and extraction solution 

This product can be used in animal feeds for human consumption.

Animal Fats for technical purposes

It is produced of Category 3 animal by-products according to the 1 method (133 °C, 3 bar, min. 20 min.) as it is given in 1069/2009/EC Regulation of the European Parliament and the Committee.

Most important quality parameters:

• FFA 15-30%
• MIU 3-6%
• Titer min. 34 °C
• Heating parameter: 36 MJ/kg

It can be used in chemical industry and for biodiesel production. ATEV Zrt. is using the rest of its produced technical fat for heat generation in their own boilers.
